Q. DO WE HAVE TO SELL ITEMS AT THE LISTED RRP?                 

In order to preserve the quality and image of the brands that we sell, we ask that you respect the RRP. However we cannot control the prices you choose to sell at and would expect you to compete with others selling the same brands. 

Q. HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? 

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day will be dispatched the same day, and delivered on the following working day. Any orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the following working day. For more information check out our Delivery Information page. If you have paid for next day delivery and your order is placed before 14:00 then it will effectively go to the front of the queue and be shipped straight away. If you have paid for a 1-2 day delivery then it is possible it will still arrive next day but could occassionally arrive a day later.

Q. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

We believe that you should be able to order whatever quantity of goods you require, so we impose no minimum order quantities. This is especially important when ordering pellets for example. Many of our competitors have a minimum order of an 'outer' of a type of pellets. this means you can have a requirement for a single tin, but have to order 20. We accept ordrs for single tins upwards. If you prefer you can order 5 tins of pellets, all different, we have total flexibility on this.

Q. CAN GOODS BE COLLECTED FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Yes. Once paid for in full, goods can be collected from one of our warehouses by the customer, who must present appropriate identification at the time of collection. We are currently still in the process of moving in to our UK warehouse so watch this space for our announcement that this is now possible in the UK.
